Prop 65 Warning

The 1986 passage of The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, better known as Proposition 65, requires specific warnings to be displayed on products marketed in California that contain specified amounts of over 850 chemicals that have been deemed to be associated with reproductive harm and/or cancer. In many cases, dietary supplement products, especially those with relatively large serving sizes such as powders, contain the element lead in levels exceeding Prop65 limits for reproductive harm, thus requiring a corresponding warning to be included on the product.
